The main rules for orders arranged with a telephone agent.

1. Seller

2. Agency status

We are an independent intermediary selling travel-related services. We are not Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Ferrari, Miral or Yas Island, and we do not claim to act on their behalf.

3. Order confirmation

An order is considered agreed only after the customer has received and confirmed the ticket type, date or validity period, number of guests, total price, change and cancellation rules, payment method and delivery arrangements.

4. Price

Prices displayed on the website may be indicative or shown on request. The binding amount is the amount communicated by the agent before payment and stated in the order confirmation.

5. Payment and delivery

Available payment methods and the expected ticket-delivery time are disclosed before payment. The customer must promptly check the name, date, guest count and other details after receiving confirmation.

6. Admission rules

Admission is governed by the park's rules and the terms of the specific ticket, including age, height, safety, identification and attraction operating requirements.

7. Liability

The agency is responsible for arranging the agreed service as required by applicable law. Changes to park operating hours, weather, attraction maintenance and other circumstances outside the agency's reasonable control are subject to supplier terms and applicable law.
