The agent checks availability and restrictions for the specific date.
3. You receive the full terms
Total price, order contents, validity, cancellation rules and delivery method.
4. You confirm the purchase
Only after you agree does the agent explain the available payment method.
5. You receive confirmation
Your ticket or voucher is sent together with the information required for the visit.

Refund rules
