Cancellations and refunds

1. Main rule
Refund, rescheduling and amendment options depend on the selected ticket and supplier terms. Some fares are fully non-refundable. The agent must explain this before payment.
2. How to request a change or refund
Contact us by phone at +971 56 712 8691 or by email at [email protected]. Provide the purchaser's name, order date, visit date and confirmation number.
3. Deadlines
Requests should be submitted as early as possible. Where the supplier has set a deadline, a later request may be refused or may be subject to deductions.
4. Service fees
Refundability of the agency service fee depends on applicable law and the extent of services already provided. Any deductions should be stated in the order confirmation or disclosed before payment.
5. Supplier cancellation
If the supplier cancels or materially changes the service, we will explain the available options under the supplier's rules and applicable law.
6. Refund timing
After a refund is approved, the time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank. An estimated timeframe will be provided when the refund is confirmed.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, send a written complaint to [email protected] describing the issue and attaching supporting documents.
